TRI is proud to be a second-chance employer. We have two peers that are running the case management side for folks who are newly out of prison. Their input, guidance, and active involvement is instrumental in the efficacy of our programs. Our peers attune to the needs of our members quickly, they recognize barriers and address stumbling blocks that only lived experience can. They bring a sense of belonging, and relief, to our population building prosocial, community based relationships.
